North Corner Haven: A South Carolina Wedding Venue

You wake up. Your first thought is, “It’s finally here!” Your wedding day. You and your best friends spent the last night in the most beautiful cedar cabin imaginable. You pull on your robe and walk to the kitchen where your bridesmaids are waiting for you. You enjoy breakfast and coffee on the porch with a sweeping view of North Corner Haven before you. It’s hard to believe that in just a few hours you’ll be saying “I do” on that lawn.

Imagine It With Me

After a leisurely morning with your best friends in that beautiful cabin I mentioned above, your hair and makeup team arrive. You’re swept up in the all the pre-wedding bustle until, before you even know it, it’s time to put on your dress. You step in front of the mirror while your mom zips your dress. Your eyes meet in the mirror, and you both tear up. Today, you’re a bride. She gives you a big hug.

After first looks, family portraits, and a quick hair and makeup touch-up, you sneak out the side door. You can hear the murmur of your guests on the front lawn as everyone finds their seat. Then, the music changes. It’s finally your turn. You smile up at your dad, take his arm, and walk down the aisle.

It’s a perfect evening. Soft, golden light gives the front lawn an air of magic that you have to see to believe. And the best part? There, under the arbor, stands your groom. Your dad gives you away; vows are exchanged, and the whole deal is sealed with a kiss. Now it’s time to party.

After the ceremony and sunset portraits, you and your brand new husband make your way over to the barn. The DJ announces the bridal party, and everyone sits down to dinner. The fresh, farm-to-fork meal is out of this world, and the barn looks like a dream come true. At the end of the night all you can say is, “Today was perfect.”
