And A Fun Little Bonus

And, as a fun bonus, here’s a little link to the song Husband and I used for our own first dance. It’s not a traditional “love song,” but, for us, it told our story and all the many different events and life experiences that led us to our wedding day, and, even now years later, it still takes me to that moment in his arms spinning around the dance floor while our family and closest friends looked on. And may or may not have made comments about “smoking the place out,” but that is another story for another day. 😉

And a little throwback to Husband’s and my first dance

Wow, I could keep going, but you get the point – there are TONS of fantastic love songs out there that will be perfectly unique for the bride and groom to dance to. Don’t be afraid to use a song that is different, for every couple is different, every love story is different, and you should feel completely empowered to choose whichever song speaks to you and your fiance the best. Some of the songs I listed are older, some are newer, but they are all songs that we thought would express the LOVE between two people. Maybe this list will be the answer to your searching, or maybe it will spark an idea for a song that you haven’t thought of using. Either way, I hope that this list of unpopular first dance songs has helped your wedding planning!
