Alison and Chris’ Lakeside Engagement

I am so excited to share these images  today! Alison and Chris had what could very well be my favorite engagement session to date last weekend. These two are not only kind, beautiful people, but they’re also just really easy to get along with.

We met at a gorgeous, lakeside nature preserve near Charlotte, and it was kind of funny. As I was walking out of the nature center where we were going to meet, I noticed a couple across the parking lot; the woman was wearing the prettiest dress, and I thought to myself, “Oh, I hope that’s Alison and Chris because that lady’s dress is gorgeous!” And it was Alison and Chris (and she sent me the link to the dress because I am not exaggerating when I say that it is SO pretty!!)!!

But truly, gushing over her dress aside, Alison and Chris are such an amazing couple. They have a joy about them that’s hard to describe but impossible to miss if you spend any amount of time with them, and their love for each other runs deep and true.
