Joe and Whitley’s Perfect Fall Wedding

We had some perfect weather the end of October; the leaves were peaking; the sun shone; the sky was the color blue that only happens during a Carolina autumn; and a wedding was on the books! 🙂

Joe and Whitley met in college. He was playing in the worship band at a campus ministry event that she attended, after which there was supposed to be a whiffle ball game. Whitley and her friends weren’t sure if they wanted to go to the game but decided to check it out for a minute. During those first few minutes, Joe reached out to Whitley and her friends and made them feel welcome. That was all it took; she and her friends decided to continue attending that particular campus ministry, and Whitley and Joe started officially dating a few months later! And, it wasn’t too terribly long after that that Joe suprised her with a ring and a question under a grape arbor. She, of course, said yes, and you can see a few of my favorites from their dream day below. Check out those details!!

Whitley and Joe, photographing your wedding was so fun. You both are so kind and genuine, and your love for each other is a lifetime kind of love. I wish you all the best in life and in your marriage!
